Celebrating our 12 year anniversary, we also ‘raise a glass’ to achieving the best year so far with a record number of placements and a continuously growing temps desk!
Our feet have hardly touched the ground since Jill and Rebecca set up office with just two desks, a laptop each and a simple wish list. We were pleasantly surprised when on day one of trading we received an incoming call (which proved the phones were working!) and the telephone hasn’t stopped ringing since.
Twelve years later, we are immensely proud of where we are today. It’s been a whirlwind journey over the past twelve years and it’s amazing to celebrate this landmark with such remarkable success.
We’ve traded through a recession, the introduction of the Agency Workers Regulation and the implementation of the GDPR. We’ve embraced the rapid development of technology and social media which has changed the shape of recruitment beyond recognition. These events prompted a revamp of our evolving website and the introduction of an innovative database which simplifies the recruitment process allowing us to concentrate on what we do best.
Our office move to Ripley in 2018 provided much needed space for our expanding team and it has been a delight to continue to welcome both candidates and clients who regularly drop by for a coffee and a catch-up!
Response to our free Employment law seminars has been amazing and we are thoroughly excited to have gained support and a great reputation amongst HR professionals locally, with an ever-increasing following and attendance rate.
We believe our success results from a combination of loyal clients who appreciate our style of building close working relationships, often acting as an extension to the HR function; candidates who have been happy to recommend us to their friends, colleagues and family; and our own ethos of providing a consultancy service as opposed to a sales led function.
