Join a leading turnkey data centre delivery partner headquartered in Dublin and delivering major mission-critical infrastructure across Europe.

We are recruiting two BIM Coordinators to join our Dublin hub and support a large-scale data centre project. In this role you will be responsible for the digital modelling and coordination of architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical disciplines, ensuring that BIM deliverables meet project standards and assist in achieving seamless design-to-construction integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead BIM coordination for MEP and structural models: clash detection, model review, federated model delivery.
• Develop and maintain the BIM execution plan, model environment, naming conventions, and standards.
• Work with design and construction teams to integrate models across disciplines and resolve coordination issues.
• Produce 3D visualisations, setting-out drawings, and support digital handover processes.
• Ensure compliance with digital delivery strategy and support project digital transformation initiatives.
• Mentor junior modelers and support BIM training across the project team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience as a BIM Coordinator or BIM Engineer on large-scale construction or data centre projects.
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/Autodesk Docs or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of MEP and structural systems in building services or mission-critical environments.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to be located on-site in Ballybane, Dublin 22 with potential hybrid working arrangements.
