Bid Coordinator – Cladding projects – Dublin

We are currently partnering with a multidisciplinary consultancy with a global record of successful delivery on a range of projects including, but not limited to, Data Centres, Recladding, Medical Projects, Nursing homes, Clinics and many more.

Due to continuous growth, they are now seeking a well experienced Bid Coordinator to oversee cladding projects in Ireland, being based in the Dublin office.

Responsibilities

Bid Coordination & Submission Management
Coordinate the preparation, formatting, and submission of high-quality pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs), tender proposals, and bid documents in line with client and company standards.
Graphic Design & Visual Presentation
Design and produce visually compelling bid layouts, infographics, and supporting visuals using tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and PowerPoint to enhance clarity and presentation impact.
Content Development & Quality Control
Support technical leads and subject matter experts in developing bid content, ensuring information is well-structured, accurate, and aligned with client requirements and brand guidelines.
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with business development, marketing, and project teams to gather inputs, manage timelines, and ensure consistent messaging and branding across all submissions.
Continuous Improvement & Template Management
Maintain and update bid templates, style guides, and graphics libraries to improve efficiency and quality across future proposals.

Requirements

Must have 6+ years’ experience in a similar role preferably on cladding projects
Must have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Must be based within a commutable distance of Dublin office
